Another month, another batch of new-to-us books!
Great news if you’re hunting Wagners and Wagoners! We have received several binders of background material used by Margaret Wagner to create her book The Descendants of Michael Wagoner ca 1774-1826: Their Deep Roots and Tangled Branches. This material includes family group sheets collected from Wagners all over the US, plus updates received after the book was published.
Affiliated surnames include: Backman, Foster, Neal, Kerkove, Geiger, Rickman, Claar, Smith, Monaghan, Miller, Henry, Reese, Nelson, McLaughlin, Kranz, George and Cook.
Here’s a list of the new books on the shelves at the library:
We’ve decided to take Saturday off to celebrate the Labor Day holiday. We’ll be open again on Tuesday.
Have a great weekend!

A grab bag of new books, journals, maps and vertical files:

Many thanks to Bill Pennington, who keeps us up to date!
(We know that the tables don’t work well on some computers — it’s hard to find software that can handle tables this big on a budget this small. While Vince is working on a solution, we’ve decided this is better than nothing! Thanks for your patience…)
Lots of new stuff in the library this month…and lots of interesting digital books from K-State, as well.
