Typed story says "The day that Mrs. Pennington, a friendly customer, brought her twin babies in to be weighed on our Grocery scales: In the picture, she is holding one of her twins and the other is in the big basket on the front counter. Pearl is at the right of Mrs. Pennington and her twin baby, then Hope and Daniel and our Daddy, Henry Alvin Posey, proprietor. Orval Sholl is at the meat grinder, far left, and I, (Ethel), am at the far right. The other children are Mrs. Pennington's children. She was very pleased with her twin babies' weight gain. After visiting with us in the store, she took her twin babies to a studio to have their picture made."
